Accommodation Prices & Details
Our accommodation service is an additional service offered independently of the Spanish programs at Salamanca University. Please read our accommodation conditions before you purchase our accommodation service.
Shared Apartment
To reserve a room in a shared student apartment, we charge a one-time booking fee of 90€. We also require a 100€ deposit that we forward to the landlord at the time of reservation (this amount is deducted from the first month’s rent or the deposit required in shared flats). All other payments are made directly from the student to the landlord.
The monthly cost for a shared apartment in Salamanca ranges between 300-450Eur per month plus utility costs (between 30-50Eur per month). We will inform you about the exact costs 2-4 weeks before your arrival
Host Family
To reserve accommodation with a host family, we charge a one-time booking fee of 90€. We also require a 500€ deposit to secure your accommodation. You will have to pay both amounts when you reserve your Spanish course and accommodation.
When staying with a Spanish host family, you can choose between half-board (breakfast and either lunch or dinner) and full-board (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

During the months of July and August, there is an additional fee of 50€ for 2 week programs, 75€ for 3 week programs, and 100€ for monthly or 4 week programs.

Student Residence in Salamanca
We work with a number of different residences in Salamanca. However, due to limited space, we cannot guarantee accommodation in student residences, and we will not be able to confirm availability until a few weeks before the start of the program.
Prices at student residences vary a lot depending on the type of residence and the meals included (from 700Eur to 1200Eur per month). Upon request, we can provide you more information about prices and different residence options in Salamanca.
Private Apartment
For those who prefer privacy, individual studio apartments are available. The studios are located in Salamanca’s historic district. Each apartment includes a bedroom, a kitchenette with a cooker and a fridge, and a bathroom.
The cost for a studio apartment is approximately 100€ per day.
