About Our Accommodation Service
If you’ve booked your Spanish language courses at Salamanca University, you’re eligible for our accommodation booking service. We offer a variety of options to suit different preferences and budgets.
Important: Full payment for accommodation is required at least 30 days prior to arrival. Booking fees and deposits are paid when you reserve your course and accommodation.

Students can also book a room in a shared student apartment. We charge a one-time booking fee of 90€ for this service. We also require a 100€ deposit that we forward to the landlord at the time of reservation (this amount is deducted from the first month’s rent or the deposit required in shared flats). All other payments are made directly from the student to the landlord.
Our accommodation service is an additional service offered independently of the Spanish programs at Salamanca University. Please read our accommodation conditions and contact us with any questions you may have before you complete your reservation.
